I have been teaching since 1989 different subjects at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) always in the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Informática (formerly it was the Facultad de Informática and the Escuela Universitaria de Ingeniería Técnica de Informática). Mostly, the subjects that I have been teaching all this time were related to Theoretical Computer Science and its applications, Information Theory, Computational Learning Theory, Bioinformatics and Cryptography.
Currently, I am involved with the following subjects of different academic degrees at the UPV
- Teoría de Autómatas y Lenguajes Formales (Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics Engineering)
- Computabilidad y Complejidad (Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics Engineering)
- Computación Natural (Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Pattern Recognition and Digital Imaging)
- Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (Master’s Degree in Biomedical Biotechnology)
Formerly, I was involved with the following subjects that are currently still present in the curricula of different degrees
- Modelado Discreto y Teoría de la Información (Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science)
- Criptografía (Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics Engineering)
- Criptología y Seguridad de los Datos (Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity and Cyberintelligence)
- Analysis of Genomic Data (Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering)
